  I usually LOVE outback but today i was extremely disappointed! Me and my boyfriend came in and sat at the bar area today, on a slow Wednesday, and ordered a Bloomin' onion and the medallions(medium well) with mashed potatoes and potato soup as my sides. I asked to have the soup come out with the appetizer, no problem. Got our starters everything was fine but then 35 minutes later still no entree. Now I know how customers can over exaggerate because I am also a server, so I was patient but I got a phone call as we had our appetizers and it had been 35 minutes later so I knew how long it had been and that long for one entree was absolutely ridiculous!
  So I started looking around and once the bartender noticed he went into the back. Maybe he had forgotten to put it in? Once he came back out he did not come over and check on us or say "sorry about the wait, it will be another minute", nothing. So someone else finally brought our food and our steak was very undercooked and we also had to ask for silverware. At this point I took a couple bits just to try it and my boyfriend won't even touch it. We would have told a manager but I wasn't sure which one it was and we just wanted to go.
  As the bartender comes over we are clearly not really eating and just sitting there, he does not ask how everything was, he just asked if we wanted a box. As the bill gets dropped off we were charged almost $6 for the soup even though it was my side, which he then took off so i very much appreciated that. But in all today my visit was extremely underwhelming to say the least. I hope it was just a fluke.
