  I did not enjoy my experience at all form the subway on Val Vista and Queen Creek! I went in to get a 6in sub meal (with a drink and chips) and also got an extra drink to take back to work for a co-worker. Once I got back to work I realized that I had been charged for a sub meal and an additional 6in sub. So I called in to see if we could get this resolved over the phone since I was now back and work (and working through lunch). All I got from the call was disrespect and horrible customer service! I was interrupted when trying to explain the problem and handed a lot of attitude from a female employee. Needless to say I was unhappy at this point! I had no choice but to leave work and return to the store. Once I got there, no on was even behind the counter. Finally the manager (who I asked to see over the photo) came to the front. I placed all the food and drinks on the counter with the receipt and explained that I was charged twice for a 6in sub. She looked at the receipt and said "where is the double charge"? I clearly pointed out on the receipt were the two sandwiches were and pointed to the one sandwich in my bag. She finally refunded me for the extra sandwich. I gathered all my belongings and began to walk out the door were I received a late apology.

  This store have put me off Subway. The vegetables look old and freezer burned, the meats looked old. I got it home and it tasted horrible. I couldn't believe how bad a sandwich could taste.
