- 2 / 5By Terri egglestonNo greeting, no thank you for coming, obviously in training, but no one seemed to be supervising ordered the small Carmel Frappuccino, which they didn't know how to make, as I recieved something that was more like an iced coffee, (it's saved by good flavor) but when I questioned was this all I got was a shut and "here" and the server walked away. While there was no lines inside, the drive-thru was very busy, but a couple of the crew were discussing when they'd be able to leave. Better management and training may help.March 11, 2017

- 1 / 5By White WolfI just spent 20 minutes in a drive-through with only three cars in front of me and they could not get the line moving. They definitely do not know how to work a drive-thru line. Then when I reached the front of the line they did not even apologize for the extremely long wait . Never going to return to this restaurant again!August 04, 2016
