  I really enjoyed this store until they have sold me bad meat twice. Once was bad chicken that would of landed us in the hospital and then last night on valentine's picked up snow crab for dinner. When i was home and cooking opened the crab and stunkb lime amonia, i don't see anyway the employee did not notice, how on valentine's of all day they are trying to sell rotten meat. Called in the morning and spoke to a manager and he didn't care. Last time i go to this store, gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but they will rather sell you there bad meat then eat there cost and replace it. Be careful while ordering there meat could make you very sick

  Kathleen in the deli is awesome! Great customer service, she represents the qualities an employer seeks and gives the finest customer service you could hope for! Always a cheerful welcome and helpful assistance. I thought I would fill out a survey to congratulate Fry's on their luck finding such a gem but was disappointed to find no survey option on my receipt. I went to the website and came up with this, I hope the management somehow finds this and is able to thank her for the job so consistently well done.

  Sheila the cashier never said hello or thank you. Very disappointed because lately the customer service has been good. Been going here for a long time but I think it's time to drive the extra 10 minutes to Safeway. Remember customer service is very important.
